Buddhism

Buddhism focuses on spiritual development in order to reach Enlightenment. Buddhism is an ancient religion - over 2,500 years old! Buddhists believe that wisdom can be learned by observation, by looking at the way things are, and that people are responsible for their own spiritual development.

Even if you are not a Buddhist and follow another religion, or no religion at all, it's interesting to find out what other people believe and why. It's good to know a little about each of the main religions and these KS2 RE quizzes will improve your knowledge of religion.

See how much you know about Buddhism by trying this quiz.
