Year 2 - Prefix dis

This 'Prefix dis' spelling quiz introduces KS1 children in Year 2 to words that can follow these three letters. These words are an addition to the spellings suggested in the National Curriculum.

If you like something, you can say ‘I like it’ if you don’t like something you can add ‘dis’ to the beginning of the word and say ‘I dislike it’. These three letters change the meaning of the word. Test your knowledge on spellings with the prefix dis.
