If I pay a subscription, do I get access to everything?

Yes, absolutely everything – all quizzes in all subjects and all curriculums throughout the site.

Can more than one person benefit from a single subscription?

Yes, a whole family can play using the one subscription but the reports on the site will then show the records for everyone collectively.

Can the quizzes be played by more than one person simultaneously?

Yes, the quizzes can be played on any device (desktop computers, laptop computers, iPads, tablets and ‘phones) all at the same time.

How much does it cost?

$12.50 per month or $50.00 per year.

How do I pay?

Either by credit card or PayPal.

Are the payments automatically taken each month/year?

Yes, the procedure is known as “Recurring Payments”. Once it's setup you don’t have to remember to make future payments because they will automatically go through.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, you can cancel whenever you like – even after just one month.

How do I cancel?

When you are logged in, go to 'Your Account' which is found at the top right of the screen. At the bottom of the page, there is a 'Cancel my subscription' button. Alternatively, simply email us or ‘phone us. From the minute we receive your instruction you have our guarantee that no more payments will be taken.

Does the subscription cost ever go up?

Yes but…. whatever you pay when you first join is the amount you will pay forever. We never put up the cost to existing subscribers.
