Grammar is the set of rules for writing and language. Grammar exist does why? Can you imagine if there were no rules at all about which order words should follow in a sentence? How would we ever understand what people meant? And just think how impossible it would be to follow directions or instructions! Grammar exists because, in order to communicate with precision, languages need to follow rules.

This quiz tests a tricky rule about when to use 'she and I' and also gives you a chance to revise some grammar you know, but may have forgotten.
