If you write a story and it’s from your point of view and written as if you are talking to the reader - then this is called first person narrative. If I write ‘I went to the park’ - then I am writing in first person. Test your knowledge on writing and staying in first person narrative.

It is hard to tell if the puppies would hurt you.
You would need to know what kind of dogs they are. Then you would know if they could hurt you.

The puppies are small and they appear to most people that they would be safe to touch.

The first answer was nearly correct but the second sentence slipped out of first person narrative. It's tricky but make sure you always stay in first person narrative if that's how you start your story!
