Year 1 - The Sound air

This 'Sound air' quiz will help KS1 children learn spellings with the three letter digraph 'air'. Each word has been selected from the National Curriculum.

The ‘air’ sound is a three letter digraph. This means that if a word has the ‘air’ sound in it, chances are, it will be spelt with these three letters. This sound is also a word – air is what you breathe! Test your knowledge on these spellings.
